Dear Daughters of The World,
Here are some things you should always know. No matter what life throws at you, this always applies.
You are amazing. You are so special and until you are a Mummy yourself, u will never know the Love that your Mummy has for you. The warm fuzzy feeling she gets when she looks into your eyes and holds you close. You are precious and you will always be enough. All you have to do is be you.
Truly you, unique, and beautiful in your own way. In this world, there isn’t another you. So live as you want, do what makes you happy and what makes you feel good inside. Always listen to your gut feeling. It’s usually right. Push yourself. Push boundaries. Challenge yourself and reach outside of your comfort zone. Because there lies the most beautiful of things.
Work hard. Enough to feel the sense of achievement when you gain something that didn’t come easy. But work hard doing something you love. It’s good for the soul to know that things aren’t always handed to us. That what you put in, you get out. Even if not immediately, but eventually.
Be grateful. Gratitude is key to happiness. If you are always grateful for what you have, you will always have things to be grateful for. And they will keep coming.
Look for the positives in every day. In every situation, there is always a positive. It may not jump out at you. And you may question the hard days, the struggles and the challenges. But somewhere in our darkest times, there is always a glimpse of light. You just need to look for it.
Trust your journey. Trust that every fall isn’t a failure. It’s just a route change that you needed to take to reach your destination.
Above all, love. Love like there’s no tomorrow. Because we never know when tomorrow isn’t promised. Love your family, love your friends, love your life. But most of all love yourself. Loving yourself is key to leading a happy life. You have to love you, before anyone else can. Be kind to yourself. Love your body, your mind and your soul. Fill your mind with only positivity, feed your soul with things that set you free. Listen to your conscience. If it doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t. Speak kind words, think kind thoughts.
Treat people as you wish to be treated yourself.
Darling daughter, go on and leave your amazing stamp on this world. I’m behind you every step of the way.
Your Mummy, your biggest supporter, your best friend.
